Learn to Lift is a 4-week small group coaching programme for women in perimenopause and beyond. It's not a fitness class. It's a structured, unhurried introduction to strength training where you learn to move well before any real load is introduced - with proper coaching, individual attention, and no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

Groups are capped at three women. That's intentional. It means every session has time for real coaching, real questions, and real progress at your pace.

One of the women from the first group came in rating her confidence with weights at 4 out of 10. After four weeks she rated it 8 out of 10. Here's what she said:
